The first step in the process is for you to register on the donor portal and fill in the initial application form.

Should you meet the basic requirements to be an egg donor with FertilityMate.com you will move on to the next stage in the process which is filling in the full application online. The application is a detailed profile including information about your family health history, interests, education, employment and fertility information. An edited (anonymous) version of your profile will be made available for viewing on our password protected website. Your anonymity is protected throughout the process and your identifying information will not be made available to the intended parents.

Once you are selected by an intended parent, we will be in touch to let you know what the next steps in the process are.
